Breathwork and Pranayama
Our breath is the forgotten tool that we all possess to radically change our state of being, improve our outlook on life and strengthen immunity.
In our sessions we will be using our breathing to achieve levels of mind and body you have perhaps never experienced – from states of meditative flow to complete bliss and everything in between!


Sound Arts and Therapy
During our sound therapy sessions you will be guided by a certified sound therapist with different sound healing instruments that are used, such as gongs, singing bowls, drums, tuning forks, shruti box and much more to take you on a wonderful heartfelt journey. this experience intentionally uses sound to invite therapeutic, transformative and restorative effects to the mind and body.
Our certified and experienced sound therapists will offer you an opportunity to release tension, open your body, expand your mind and experience something new.

Mentoring and Coaching
It is crucial to learn how to step out of stress and anxiety and achieve more peace of mind. Yet we also need to learn how to be focused and goal oriented to learn how to create our own desired reality and accomplish our goals effortlessly and effectively.
This what makes coaching very important to some people because they want a better quality of life, more fulfilment, better outcomes in life.
In a series of daily interactive coaching workshops, Emtinan team who are trained and certified will help you to define your goals, maximise your potential and provide you with tested and proven tools to help gain more clarity and focus in order to achieve your goals easily and effectively.
Art Therapy
It is said that “A picture is worth a thousand words”.
Art therapy is a form of expressive therapy and a very therapeutic approach that involves the use of creative techniques such as drawing, colouring, painting, finger painting, working with clay, craving, sculpting, doodling and scribbling, to help express people express themselves and explore their emotions artistically. It gives people a safe space to express their feelings and understand their emotions through artistic expression and examine the psychological and emotional expressions in their arts.
Art Therapy also fosters healing by tapping into the person’s deepest thoughts and feelings through the arts and help them bring to light unconscious thoughts and feelings that they used to repress.


Clean Eating and Detoxing
Since, A healthy body is the key to a healthy mind, we are keen to offer healthy and clean food as part of our retreat programs. We will offer you cleansing, and detoxifying healthy meal yet tasty and energising.
